A leading global manufacturer is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Materials Coordinator on a 6 month FTC. This role is critical in ensuring material compliance across an international supply base, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver accurate data and meet regulatory requirements. In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary £30,000 (pro-rata) + company benefits. They offer a flexible start time between 7am and 9am, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (an early lunch time finish on a Friday). Hybrid working options available .
The role:
* Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers to secure declarations.
* Collect and manage material compliance data from global suppliers.
* Track and report submission progress via dashboards.
* Escalate delays and keep stakeholders updated.
* Work with Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to prioritise and meet deadlines.
About you:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Highly organised with attention to detail.
* Flexible, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in fast-paced environments and comfortable with global supplier coordination.
