About the role As Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, you will shape, lead and continuously improve the PMO function, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant delivery of CAPEX projects across several UK terminals. You will manage a multi-disciplinary project delivery team (project managers, project engineers and construction supervisors) and own the portfolio's financial governance, reporting and long-term planning. Key responsibilities Establish and champion PMO standards, processes and performance frameworks. Lead the CAPEX project portfolio, ensuring projects are prioritised, risk-weighted and delivered safely, on time and within budget.
