Job Title: Electronic Assemblers and Inspector

About the Role
Actio Recruitment is seeking Electronic Assemblers with SMT Machine Operating experience and an Inspector to join our client's electronics manufacturing team based in Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established company, assembling high-quality electronic products for a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* SMT Machine Operation
* Work with a variety of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, ICs, and connectors.
* 1st Off Inspection
* Follow health and safety regulations in the workplace.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing.
* Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards (desirable but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
