What You'll Do : Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bid team Deliver high-quality, compliant, and timely bid submissions Design and implement winning bid strategies Manage the bid pipeline and collaborate with Business Development & Operations Build strong internal and external relationships to support success Drive process improvements and ensure consistency and compliance Track win/loss rates, analyse feedback, and improve performance What We're Looking For Were looking for someone who is both a natural leader and a strategic thinker someone who thrives on collaboration but isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on when needed. You should bring: Proven experience managing the full bid lifecycle in the construction or social housing sector Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop a team Extensive knowledge of UK procurement regulations and processes Experience creating, developing and managing robust bid processes with strong governance Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills High levels of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities A proactive approach, with a knack for spotting opportunities and improving processes Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours when needed for deadlines or client engagements A full, clean UK driving licence Desirable, but not essential: Degree-level education or equivalent Relevant professional qualifications Previous tender/proposal writing experience Why work with us?
