As Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of the finance function, ensuring the business runs as efficiently behind the scenes as it does on the production floor. From P&L oversight to cashflow management, your role will sit at the heart of strategic decision-making. You'll deliver accurate monthly reporting, provide insights that drive business performance, and keep the leadership team on track to achieve ambitious growth plans.
Cashflow and forecasting will be key areas of focus, ensuring the business is always ready to meet challenges and seize opportunities. You'll also oversee cost control, production efficiency, and inventory management to ensure operations remain as lean and effective as possible. This is not just a desk role—you'll partner closely with senior leaders and operational teams to make sure every number adds real value.
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) who thrives in a dynamic, SME or manufacturing environment. You'll have proven experience leading finance teams, managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly across the business. A proactive mindset and commercial outlook will be key to your success in this role.
