About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Bradford, West Yorkshire, known for its stellar reputation in the M&E sector and involvement in some of the UK's major infrastructure projects. Due to our client's growth, they are seeking a Logistics Administrator to support their manufacturing facility.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be an integral part of a small but capable team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations by keeping all relevant information and documentation up-to-date and accessible across all systems. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collating information from the planning/manufacturing departments
* Confirming supplier deliveries and customer collections
* Printing and scanning documentation
* Producing reports/MI

* Work hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm, and Friday 7am - 12:30pm, giving you an early finish on Fridays!

* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and source information from various departments and external customers
