Mortgage Broker (Full-time)

Responsibilities

* Provide expert mortgage advice on a range of whole of market mortgage products.
* Work with a steady stream of high-quality leads sourced from internal divisions, referrals, and partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term success.
* Manage your own diary, offering a flexible approach to client meetings.
* Keep up to date with market trends and lending criteria to provide the best solutions.
* Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
* Work collaboratively with the administration and compliance teams to ensure smooth case progression.


Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, with a strong track record of advising on complex cases.
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client connections.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively.


Compensation & Benefits

* Salary: up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission.
* Commission: tiered structure up to 30%.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
* Flexible hybrid working – manage your own schedule to meet client needs.
