We are the sole supplier of sandwiches, wraps, rolls and sushi for Marks & Spencer.
What you'll be doing
* To ensure allergen segregation is always carried out correctly.
* Ensure materials are scanned to and from the line correctly.
* Ensure that the lines are supplied in full and on time with the correct materials.
* Ensure that all pre-start up checks is completed and the necessary paperwork is filled in.
* Effectively manage materials that are due to expire, concessions, dumps, and disposals.
* Ensure the correct standards in the Fridges are maintained.
* Ensure that the relevant quality checks are performed and that any issues regarding quality or food safety are raised immediately to the Line Coordinator.
What we’re looking for
* Good numeracy and English Language skills both verbal and written
* Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and do good H&S practices
* Accurate and pays attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure.
* Knowledge of and or experience of working in a FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous, though full training is provided.
