Associate Client & Sales Support Specialist As an Associate Client & Sales Support Specialist with Convera based in our Peterbourough office, you will be supporting our Client & Sales teams (Education) acting as their main support for administrative and organisational activities. You will be responsible for: Being the main point of contact, both internally and externally, for administrative queries within the team and providing general support to the sales team. Complete data analysis and financial account reconciliations. Ensuring full alignment with all operational areas. Performing data entry duties with regards to sales metrics and other key data Maintaining and updating supplier, sales and customer records Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance Keeping track of the sales team's communication Assisting in preparing and presenting detailed sales reports You should apply if you have: Ability to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment Previous experience in a Sales Support role is preferred A Mathematical mindset Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Excellent verbal and communication skills in English Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
