With 450+ customers coming up for renewal every month and a business-wide focus on driving Net Revenue Retention from 40% → 70%, this role has huge visibility and massive commercial impact.

What’s in It for You as the Account Manager?
* up to £45,000 base (£70k OTE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Owning a fast-paced renewals pipeline end‑to‑end
* Re-engaging customers at the end of their subscription and running full discovery
* Understanding their goals + matching them to the right next pathway
* Selling value, handling objections and closing before deadline
* Working closely with Customer & Account Management to ensure seamless handovers
To be successful as the Account Manager, all you need to have is:
* 1+ years experience in sales role closing deals (B2C or SME B2B)
* A hunter mentality - confident, competitive, comfortable pushing deals forward
* Pipeline discipline + ability to work to hard renewal deadlines
* Ideally previous renewals or account management experience would be great.
