What we're looking for: We're looking for someone who shares our values and takes real pride in delivering high quality plumbing repairs and installations in our customers' homes: Customer Driven - You put our customers first, making sure every plumbing repair is completed safely, neatly and to a high standard. Accountability - You take ownership of each job from start to finish, managing your time well, following agreed processes, and delivering a reliable, consistent service across all plumbing tasks. Develop & Learn - You're committed to sharpening your skills, staying up to date with new plumbing systems, materials and tools, and learning from the wider repairs team to deliver the best service possible. Champion Communication - You communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and supervisors, explaining issues in a way people understand and keeping everyone updated on progress or any changes needed. You'll bring: * NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing. * Experience installing, repairing, maintaining and testing domestic plumbing systems. * Strong fault finding ability and confidence using air and water pressure gauges. * Knowledge of industry best practice and safe working methods. * Experience working in occupied homes and a commitment to high quality customer care. * A solutions focused attitude and the ability to work independently. Pre employment requirements: The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check, a Right to Work check, and a DVLA licence check. Working hours You will be required to be on site and ready to start at 08:00, working through to 17:00 with a one hour unpaid lunch break.
