At JD Sports, we don’t just keep up with the game — we elevate it. As a Seasonal Store Colleague, you’ll play an essential part in delivering the JD experience throughout our busiest time of year, helping every customer leave feeling valued and excited for the season ahead.

You’ll support the smooth running of the shop floor by greeting customers with energy, keeping displays looking sharp, replenishing stock quickly, and maintaining high service and presentation standards. With a positive attitude, great organisation, and a passion for helping people, you’ll ensure the store stays efficient, welcoming, and aligned with the high standards JD is known for.

Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Store Colleagues to join our team and help deliver a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
At JD Sports, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout the busy period.
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop floor.
• Operate the till accurately and follow store policies to ensure a safe environment.

Skills & Experience Required
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, team focused retail environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to support different store needs.

Desirable Attributes
• Positive, welcoming attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Team player mindset, especially during peak trading hours.
• Proactive and energetic approach to delivering a great shopping experience.

Requirements
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
