The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development & Key Account Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends new business development with strategic account management; you'll be both a hunter and a farmer, driving growth across the UK wind sector. You'll lead relationships with major operators, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that create real value for our clients. Working with internal teams, you'll shape account strategies, represent Renewable Parts at industry events, and play a key role in expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and grow long-term partnerships with onshore and offshore wind operators.

· Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

· Serve as the main contact for key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with operations, engineering, and marketing to deliver client solutions.

· Meet and exceed sales and margin growth targets.

· Provide accurate forecasting and market insights.

What We're Looking For

· 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (renewables or technical/industrial sales preferred).

· Strong track record in both new business generation and account growth.

· Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

· Commercially savvy, digitally fluent (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office).

· Willingness to travel across the UK (with occasional Europe trips).

· A self-starter with resilience, drive, and a customer-first mindset.
