Responsibilities
* Join a team of high-profile clients and further develop the commercial property offerings while managing your own caseload of real estate transactions.
* Demonstrate an excellent track record in all areas of Commercial Property law, with potential experience in development, investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters.
* Supervise and support more junior team members and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
* Support the senior members of the team as the firm grows and executes its strategy, with a focus on growth via lateral hires.
* Build and leverage a strong network of contacts who can instruct you on future matters.
Qualifications
* Ideally a Partner with depth of knowledge across commercial property matters, including development and investment; Senior Commercial Property Associates seeking the next step may apply, provided you have a following.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders, with a strong focus on client care.
* Ability to lead, motivate and collaborate with colleagues at varying levels of seniority.
