This exciting opportunity would suit an individual with strong administrative, coordination and relationship-building skills who is committed to supporting educational excellence across specialist and mainstream settings.
As a Specialist Training & Development Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and organisation of professional learning programmes for education professionals.
Working within a specialist training environment, you will help coordinate courses, liaise with schools and external partners, maintain records, support event delivery and contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality SEND and SEMH training provision.
* Coordinate training programmes and events
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Communicate with schools, professionals and partner organisations
* Support course bookings and administration
* Assist with resource preparation and training logistics
* Contribute to projects that improve educational outcomes
* Work collaboratively within a specialist support team
