and What You'll Be Doing
The Employment team in Birmingham advises clients on a range of complex matters, including redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, absence management, and Settlement Agreements. The team also represents clients in Employment Tribunal claims and higher court proceedings.
As a Paralegal, you’ll have the chance to manage your own caseload and liaise directly with clients. You’ll need to have the confidence to deal with matters right from the very beginning, being both approachable as well as efficient to resolve matters as quickly as possible for our clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
About You
What we are looking for:
1. Previous paralegal experience is desirable.
2. Enthusiastic and proactive, with a can-do attitude.
3. Empathetic and approachable, able to support clients through challenging circumstances.
4. Ideally experienced in employment law or litigation (though not essential).
5. A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
6. Keen to develop professionally and contribute to a growing practice.
