We’re hiring at Aether Pools & Wellness — starting with a Head of Wellness Solutions (Sales & Delivery).
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can win work and then deliver it properly. We design and build high-end wellness environments: saunas, steam rooms, experience showers, cold therapy (including specialist spaces like snow rooms) — and we do it without the usual drama.
Clients don’t buy products. They buy confidence. They buy clarity. They buy the person they trust to guide them through decisions, cost, programme and delivery.
Where the work is
* Predominantly London, the Home Counties and the South
* Some international projects in the mix as we grow
Work pattern
* A mix of hybrid and office-based, depending on project needs
* Offices in London, Basingstoke and the West Country
What you’ll be owning
* Leading client enquiries through concept, specification and commercial close
* Shaping solutions with architects, interior designers, M&E and main contractors
* Managing specialist supply chain and subcontractors
* Programme, quality, commissioning and handover — with a client experience you’d be proud to attach your name to
You’ll be a strong fit if you
* Build trust quickly and communicate clearly (clients and contractors)
* Can sell consultatively — not pushy, just credible and decisive
* Have delivered thermal suites in the real world, not just on paper
* Understand the technical fundamentals (vapour management, waterproofing, ventilation, drainage, controls, finishes)
* Take ownership and bring solutions, not problems
