Bell Cornwall Recruitment are excited to be supporting a respected law firm in their search for a skilled Legal Secretary to join their busy Litigation team.

The Role:
You’ll play a key part in supporting fee earners dealing with contentious probate and trusts work, ensuring the smooth running of legal and administrative processes. From preparing legal documents and managing case files to coordinating diaries and liaising with clients, you’ll be at the heart of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the litigation team
2. Audio typing and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles
3. Managing case files, document systems, and digital workflows
4. Handling client communication professionally, both in person and over the phone
5. Coordinating diaries, meetings, travel, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
6. Supporting compliance, billing processes, and case management systems
What We’re Looking For:
7. Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (litigation experience desirable)
8. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
9. Excellent typing, organisation, and attention to detail
10. Confident communicator with a professional and calm approach
11. A proactive, team-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude
