Join Crown Gas & Power as our new Quality & Compliance Lead, where you’ll drive high standards across our Environmental and Quality Management Systems (EQMS), aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance internal EQMS documentation and procedures
* Lead internal audits and support external audits and certification processes
* Monitor and report on legislative compliance (especially within the oil & gas sector)
* Identify risks and manage non-conformities through to resolution
* Work cross-functionally to integrate best practices and deliver staff training
* Respond to quality and environmental questions in tenders and customer interactions
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience managing ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems, ideally in an SME
* Strong attention to detail and a risk-based approach to problem-solving
* Confident communicator with excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
