As a General Sales Assistant - Keyholder within our stores, you’ll deliver efficient and reliable service to our customers, who are at the heart of everything we do. You will be a customer advisor, achieving sales targets while embodying our Matalan Values. Maintain a high performing, energetic, and adaptable attitude to ensure our customers’ in-store experience is exceptional.
Additionally, you will support the management team as required and may have sole responsibility for store open/close procedures. This role offers exposure to leadership tasks, guiding colleagues, and building leadership capabilities, all while driving store and colleague performance and championing excellent customer service.
