Role Overview
Project Management is essential to the operational framework at Siemens Energy. The Aéro Gas Turbine (AGT) business seeks graduates to support conventional project management and business development initiatives. Projects range from internal solutions for customer deliveries to initiatives shaping the future.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with partners across multiple functions and locations within AGT to meet internal and external customer needs.
* Challenge the status quo, question established practices and inspire innovation.
* Enhance Continuous Improvement skills through Lean Six Sigma foundational training and own continuous improvement initiatives.
* Engage in broader business projects through the global culture hub as part of Entry Level Talent.
Qualifications
* Working towards a degree in a relevant business or engineering discipline.
* Willingness to take responsibility for ongoing tasks and projects individually or within a team.
* Adaptable with experience in direct customer engagement and a positive attitude.
* Comfortable with change and ready to face unexpected challenges enthusiastically.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to devise innovative problem‑solving solutions.

* An annual salary of £31,600 (pay review pending).
