Our client is a busy and growing manufacturing business with an on-site workshop, and we're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist/Admin for Holiday cover
This is a key front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers in person and handling incoming phone calls professionally
* Liaising between customers and departments
* Preparing paperwork as required
* Handling basic administrative tasks
* Photocopying, filing, making tea for guests etc
* Maintaining a clean and professional reception area
About you
* Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with customers
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is advantageous, and previous experience in a reception role is preferred
