Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the bar.
Duties
* keep clear records of players start and finish times and any drinks ordered for that table and charge the accordingly
* ensure snooker players are booked in allocated a table and have there cues and snooker balls
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Maintain the bathrooms with paper towels etc Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards at all times.
* Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* keeping clean snooker tables by hand brushing and replacing dust covers
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.
* Assist in restocking supplies as needed and report any inventory shortages to management.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a snooker club or bar setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Bar Licence is highly desirable.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
* A friendly, approachable demeanour with strong communication skills.

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
