Our client, a leading nationwide specialist in vehicle trailers and towbar products, is seeking to recruit a skilled and proactive Branch Sales Manager to lead their Cardiff branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to oversee daily operations, motivate the team, and deliver outstanding customer service.

1. Competitive starting salary of up to £32,000 per annum plus a performance-based bonus of up to £560 per month.

Key Duties Include:
7. Managing daily branch operations and leading sales and workshop teams.
8. Driving sales growth and profit margins while adhering to company policies.
9. Developing and maintaining customer relationships through business visits and active product promotion.
10. Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and stocktaking within budget.
11. Ensuring the branch is well-presented with attractive product displays and marketing materials.
12. Maintaining accurate customer records, sales leads, and follow-ups.
13. Handling recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and staff attendance.
14. Operating equipment such as counterbalance forklifts.
15. Performing additional duties as required to support branch operations.
Key Requirements Include:
16. Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff.
17. Ideally holding a UK driving licence with minimal points.
18. Experience in vehicle aftermarket management or senior sales roles within the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
19. Strong customer service skills, team-oriented mindset, and organised work approach.
20. Focus on driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of service.
