We are seeking a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teaching Assistant to join a devoted team of staff in a secondary school West London starting in September. The successful applicant will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism and behavioural challenges, to help them blossom academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Nurture pupils in developing lifelong, transferrable skills.
Assist in providing one to one and smaller group support.
Create a rapport with parents and track student progress.
