Position Profile
\n\n
As an FPA Analyst, you will play a key role in producing insightful reporting and analysis to guide strategic decision-making across the group. Working as part of a dynamic commercial finance team, you'll support month-end activities, financial planning cycles, and the development of data-led insights that drive business performance.
\n\n
The FPA Analyst role would suit a newly qualified to three years post-qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial modelling capabilities and a solid grounding in data analysis. You will have advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI, alongside a sharp, commercially aware mindset and an eagerness to make an impact in a high-growth setting.

Key Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t
* Consolidate and report accurate Group performance for Executive and Board-level stakeholders.
\n\t
* Support reporting for subsidiary entities and assist with quarterly forecasting and budgeting.
\n\t
* Analyse variances between actual and forecast results to highlight risks and commercial opportunities.
\n\t
* Build and enhance dashboards and financial models to support key strategic decisions.
\n\t
* Prepare ad hoc commercial analysis to support business initiatives and planning.
\n\t
* Maintain and improve the accuracy, efficiency, and automation of reporting tools and processes.
\n\t
* Collaborate closely with business partners, financial control, and the wider commercial finance team.
\n\t
* Embed risk awareness and customer focus into all FPA activity.
\n

Person Profile
\n\n
\n\t
* Ideally a newly qualified accountant to three years PQE (CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) others may be considered
\n\t
* Experience in FPA or financial modelling within highly commercial and complex businesses
\n\t
* Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets and visualisation tools
\n\t
* Experience of using Power BI or other BI tools (highly advantageous)
\n\t
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
\n\t
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration
\n\t
* A growth mindset with a desire to learn, improve, and take on new challenges
\n
