B is a bright, engaging young adult with Autism who is looking for positive, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to join their dedicated Micro-Team in Street.
As part of B's 2:1 daytime support team, you will empower him to access his community, build independence, and live a life that is safe, fulfilling, and led by their own choices.
You will work a combination of shifts, either 7am–2pm or 2pm–10pm, providing consistent support across B's day.
