Serving both domestic and commercial clients across the UK, our Harrogate office is the hub of innovation and craftsmanship.*Role Overview:*As part of our expanding Production Team, we are seeking an experienced *Bench Joiner* to contribute to the creation and restoration of exceptional timber products. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about precision craftsmanship and enjoys working with high-quality materials.*Key Responsibilities:** Manufacture and restore sash and casement windows and timber doors to high standards.* Operate and maintain traditional woodworking machinery, including:* Crosscut saws* Thicknessers* Planers* Tenoners* Spindle moulders* Mortisers* 4-sided planers and moulders* Ensure all products meet Ventrolla’s quality standards and specifications.* Collaborate with the Production Team to meet project deadlines.* Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the workshop.*Key Requirements:** Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably with sash and casement window projects.* Proficient in using traditional woodworking machinery.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.* Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into finished products.* Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.* A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.*What We Offer:** *Competitive Salary, negotiable based on experience.** Overtime opportunities available.* A supportive and skilled team environment where craftsmanship is valued.*Apply Now:*If you have the skills and experience we’re looking for, and you're passionate about quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
