Oakley House Care Services are a growing organisation in search for a passionate and experienced *Registered Manager* to set up and run our brand-new Residential EBD Home! This is your chance to build a dynamic team, shape the culture of the home, and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive and prepare for independent living.
As the heart of this new home, you'll oversee every aspect—developing tailored emotional and physical care plans, designing engaging activities, and ensuring top-quality accommodation and support services. With your leadership, young people will be empowered to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

*What you’ll bring to the team:*
* *Leadership skills* to inspire and manage a talented staff team.
* A *QCF Level 5 qualification* or equivalent, with at least *3 years of residential childcare experience*.
* A clean driving license and driving experience (because sometimes you’ll steer the way in more ways than one).
* Bonus points for a *Leadership & Management qualification*—but above all, passion and dedication are essential.
