We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team!
The Customer Contact Centre is the first point of contact for customers experiencing power cuts or external electrical issues. We operate in all hours and weather conditions to ensure our customers are never without power.
Our Customer Service Call Advisors are vital; they are often the first point of contact for our customers, and we need passionate, enthusiastic individuals like you to join us.
Our contact centre is open 24/7. This role involves weekend work - Saturday and Sunday, with two 8-hour shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 23:00.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling inbound and making outbound calls to customers experiencing power outages or electrical emergencies.
* Providing updates, welfare support, and prioritizing vulnerable customers.
* Managing customer complaints and maintaining excellent service quality.
* Identifying vulnerabilities during calls and discussing available support options.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in a fast-paced or contact centre environment.
* Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse customers.
* Strong organizational, flexibility, and self-motivation skills, with good time management.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good computer skills, multitasking abilities, and adaptability to support colleagues and meet customer service goals.
