The Role:
As our HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations. You'll work closely with management to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
* Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
* Supporting with HR policies, procedures, and compliance
* Handling confidential employee queries professionally
* Coordinating holidays, absences, and timekeeping records
* Assisting with performance reviews and employee relations
What We're Looking For:
Previous HR experience (essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Knowledge of HR systems and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
A proactive, can-do attitude
