Key Responsibilities
* Drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Advising clients on Wills, LPAs and general tax matters
* Supporting the probate team with non-contentious matters
* Managing client enquiries both in person and over the phone
* Opening and setting up new client files/accounts
* Handling and processing securities and deeds
* Maintaining excellent client care throughout all interactions
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in Private Client work, particularly non-contentious matters
* Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and LPAs
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
* The ability to manage clients efficiently and sensitively
* A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills
* A genuine interest in developing your career within Private Client law
