Asset Management Officer – Dudley Borough
This role covers the whole of the Dudley Borough (approximately 15 miles wide from the centre). The role has the ability for combined office and home working but is primarily on site as a stock surveyor.
Overview

You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of Dudley’s housing stock. Each day will involve new responsibilities, including managing comprehensive surveys, working with external agencies, and addressing residents’ concerns about their homes. Your expertise will help ensure properties meet and exceed customer expectations while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.
