3. Salary up to £33k depending on experience

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
9. Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
10. Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
11. Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
12. Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
