Job Description JOB TITLE: Strategic Campaigns Manager SALARY: £59,850 to £68,160 LOCATION: Bristol or Edinburgh HOURS: 35 hours, full time WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. About this opportunity Would you like to work in an award-winning Group Corporate Affairs function? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team working on reputation defining campaigns. Our purpose in Corporate Affairs is to secure Lloyds Banking Group’s reputation as the bank that helps Britain prosper. The Reputation and Community Engagement team leads on reputation strategies for the Group, delivering creative campaigns with impact. What will I be doing? As a Manager in the Reputation, Campaign & Insights team, you'll be responsible for devising and delivering strategic campaigns crafted to further the Group’s reputation. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to lead initiatives that have the power to truly make a difference to people up and down the UK. We are seeking a candidate with proven campaigns experience across diverse audiences, delivering outstanding & measurable outcomes. You will oversee the planning, articulation, and delivery of essential communication campaigns. Experience leading coordinated campaigns through organizational and public channels is required. Strong commercial and political insight is also important. You’ll need a strong awareness of the external business environment and understand the issues that concern Group stakeholders. What you’ll need Evidence of leading complex creative projects and announcements across various teams and stakeholders Strong corporate affairs background, with extensive experience of working across and delivering communications to corporate stakeholder audiences. Expertise in using data and insight to craft external and internal communications. An understanding of how to measure and improve reputation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent at building positive relationships and collaborating with others. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
