Project Manager
Gloucester
Up to £65,000 per annum
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of interdependent projects within an engineering-led environment. You’ll ensure alignment across workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive delivery to time, cost and quality targets while engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver multiple projects, ensuring successful outcomes
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines and dependencies
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues and blockers
* Maintain clear governance, reporting and stakeholder communication
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track
About You
* Proven Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects
* Highly organised, proactive and results-driven
* Strong communicator, confident influencing stakeholders
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Skills & Experience
* Programme management across multiple projects
* Strong planning, risk management and reporting skills
* Experience with tools such as MS Project or similar
* Background in engineering, manufacturing or regulated environments is beneficial
