As UK & Ireland Sales Administrator you will be responsible for dealing with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales, production and logistics department with daily sales administration activities.
Responsibilities
* Processing orders via telephone, Sage and EDI
* Answering telephone and email enquiries from UK customers
* Advise on stock availability, stock able items & requesting production
* Organise booking-in slots with customers
* Liaising with Logistics Coordinator for UK transport of all sales orders
* Liaising with technical dept with new artwork, packaging requirement etc
* Ensuring all customer accounts, details and pricing are kept up to date
* Coordinate with our international sales team daily
* Provide information in a very timely manner
Qualifications
* Have previous sales admin. experience in a manufacturing environment preferably FMCG
* Be competent with MSOffice Packages, Sage 200 & EDI
* Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Have hands on and can-do attitude
The role requires the candidate to be able to work Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday
