Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will support financial planners by conducting thorough research, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of financial plans for clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial planning processes.
Duties
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of client financial situations and goals.
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support financial recommendations.
* Assist in the creation of tailored financial plans that align with client objectives.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their plans.
* Utilise Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for report writing and data management.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with financial planners to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
* Organise and manage administrative tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is preferred.
* Strong report writing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess financial data and trends effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
* Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Previous administrative experience is advantageous, particularly in a financial environment.
