Position: Warehouse Team Leader Location: Grange Farm, Northampton, NN4 Job Type: Full-time, Long-term Days: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday Hours: 2 PM to 10 PM Pay: £13.25 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader:
Manage and effectively handle temporary workforce attendance, including absence and sickness
Monitor and support staff performance on the shop floor
Prepare client reports and capture key operational data
Ensure temporary staff on-site are supported, engaged, and working efficiently
Run staff inductions for new starters
Maintain and build business relationships with the client and internal teams
Qualifications
Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems for efficient inventory tracking.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to lead a team and liaise with other departments.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other systems
