Main Responsibilities:
* Understand, analyze, and identify trends and opportunities from production reports, destination news, and happenings.
* Manage availability reports to ensure inventory levels are consistently maintained for both last-minute and long-term bookings.
* Analyze competitor benchmarking through price comparisons, including pricing/inventory analysis and reviewing international and local competitors in both B2B and B2C sectors.
* Ensure all contracted products are bookable online, detecting any errors in contract loading.
* Negotiate with hotels to resolve booking issues related to contract loading to prevent disputes.
* Provide general support to the Regional Manager and Market Manager.
* Ensure proper product placement and supplier positioning on POS by maintaining key products, top sales positioning, and special offers.
* Negotiate offers based on market trends, conduct channel reviews, and coordinate with the Marketing Department to ensure products are correctly displayed and aligned with market needs, including preparing special flyers, EDMs, and social media marketing.
* Maintain excellent relationships with internal departments (Revenue Managers, Hotel Sales, Contracting, Operations, IT) and external partners.
* Represent the company in face-to-face negotiations, workshops, seminars, and site inspections.
Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of experience in hotel contracting, revenue management, or distribution.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
* Team player with a professional, proactive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasked environment.
