My client, a leading Top 50+50 accountancy firm with 300+ staff across 16 offices, is seeking an experienced PA to support the Partners in their Axminster office.
The Role
• Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to Partners.
• Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries professionally.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure deadlines are met.
About You
• Proven PA or senior administrative experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Discreet, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
