Shillito Group are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the function for a major manufacturing site.
This is a strong leadership role, running the department, driving standards, and keeping production moving.
What you'll do:
* Lead and develop a team of engineers
* Own H&S and drive standards
* Manage breakdowns, PPM and CMMS planning
* Control budgets, labour and resources
* Drive improvements and projects
* Manage contractors, permits and risk
What you'll need:
* Manufacturing / FMCG maintenance background
* Ideally have an Electrical bias which is apprentice trained
* HNC/HND or equivalent
* Experience leading engineering teams
* Strong problem solving mindset
Within this role you will:
* Leads from the front.
* Take ownership.
* Delivers under pressure.
