We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our estates team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with financial documentation.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
* Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records.
* Utilise Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and provide appropriate responses or redirect as necessary.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
* Support the team with administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential.
* Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
