SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1) - NewportFull-time & Part-time Opportunities | Term Time Only £463-£480 per week

Key duties:
* Providing 1:1 support during lessons and daily activities
* Adapting tasks to meet pupils' needs
* Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Encouraging independence and building self-esteem
* Promoting a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
The ideal candidate:
* Calm, patient, and reliable
* Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with the ALNCO and the class teacher
* A clear communicator and team player
* Previous experience in education, care, or support work is beneficial but not essential
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
