The Role
AsFinance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action — leading a high-performing finance team, delivering sharp financial insights, and partnering with senior leaders to drive business success. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day management accounting processes
* Month end close
* Lead the finance team creating clear roles and responsibilities.
* Continuous improvement on Month End Processes - Hands on approach to understanding the processes and taking an active part in month end.
* Business partner with heads departments
* Accurate capex reporting
* Manage balance sheet reconciliations
* Providing detailed analysis for the financial reporting team where required
* Support in Ad hoc financial projects as and when required
* Review of Group Vat returns
What You’ll Bring:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience working as an Accountant in a similar fast-paced environment with strong month end skills (scale-up, large corporate or high-growth division)
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a big-picture mindset
* Proven ability to excel under pressure, juggle competing priorities, and deliver results at pace
* Advanced Excel skills
