We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise the performance of our franchise network — ensuring the highest standards of service, availability and customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the service delivery function and supporting our franchise engineers
• Driving performance, quality and operational efficiency
• Managing escalations and solving complex service challenges
• Recruiting, onboarding and developing high-calibre franchise partners
• Using data and insight to improve customer outcomes and operational performance
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have experience in service delivery or operations management
Have worked with engineers or field-based teams
Are a strong relationship builder who can challenge and support stakeholders
Thrive in fast-paced operational environments
Location: Lambeth, London
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
