The Pipers' Tryst at The National Piping Centre are looking to hire a restaurant and events supervisor to join our team We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and creative individuals with a passion for great hospitality.
The Pipers' Tryst is a venue at the top of Glasgow's City Centre with a fantastic reputation for great customer service and fresh Scottish food. It is part of The National Piping Centre, the world centre for excellence of the Highland Bagpipe. With a 40 seat restaurant, an 8-bedroom hotel, as well as a full calendar of wedding and events in our function space, we are seeking multi-skilled people with outgoing personalities to join our small team.
This role will involve;
* Managing floor operations in a fast paced environment.
* Liaising with the kitchen brigade.
* Assisting with planning and running events.
* Motivating a team and setting goals and incentives.
* General admin tasks.
* Restaurant management

Experience:
* Two years in a similar role is preferred.
