About the Role
We are a 20‑bed community hospital delivering high quality care in a rehabilitative setting. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
 * To meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
 * To meet the needs of the Trust with regards to induction, mandatory and statutory training.
 * To ensure high standards of patient care at all times, in line with Trust policies and guidelines.
 * To work as an effective member of the nursing and wider multi‑professional health‑care team.
 * To work within the boundaries of the role of the HCA and refer to the Registered Nurse as appropriate.
Shifts
Candidates will be required to work a variety of shifts including long days, nights, and weekends. All applicants must be flexible to work these shifts.
Band Levels
Band 2: Minimum 12 months of care experience required; no qualifications required. Completion of the Accelerated Care Certificate will progress to Band 3.
Band 3: Minimum 6 months of NHS experience required and completion of the NHS Care Certificate.
