Job Description
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Newcastle as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional you will provide a variety of non‑medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, however, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
Qualifications
This role requires candidates to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle as we are required to take our Clients out on a day to day basis.
We’re looking for people with the personality and passion to build great relationships with our clients. Some weekend availability is important for us to be able to offer the same high quality care, throughout the whole of the week.
Additional Information
* £12.50 per hour plus paid mileage allowance.
* £25 per hour on Bank Holidays.

Hours of Work
* You must be available to work a mix of hours, including early morning or early evenings and alternate weekends.
* Minimum of 1‑hour visits so you will never feel rushed.
* Guaranteed Hours Contracts for those who demonstrate flexibility and reliability.
