Cover Supply Teacher Primary School - Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Position: Cover Supply Teacher
Are you a confident and experienced teacher with excellent behavioral management skills? Primary School is seeking a dynamic Cover Supply Teacher to provide support for on a temporary basis.
Cover Supply Teacher at Primary School Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to across a range of subjects, following the school's curriculum and schemes of work.
* Provide cover for absent teachers, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively, using proactive strategies to promote a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students with their academic progress and personal development, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, including those with special educational needs or English as an additional language.
* Complete administrative tasks associated with cover teaching, such as registering attendance and leaving detailed feedback for regular classroom teachers.
* Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders to ensure a coordinated approach to teaching and learning across the school.
Cover Supply Teacher Primary School Requirements:
* Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience teaching Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2
* Strong behavioral management skills and the ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a variety of classroom settings and cover different subjects as required.
* Commitment to upholding the school's values and ethos, promoting high standards of behavior and achievement.
